Returns & Refunds

If something isn’t right, you can return eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping costs are paid by the buyer. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue your refund.

Return window

Returns must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests made after 7 days may not be accepted.

How to start a return

Email us at gy1615159566@gmail.com with your order numberand the reason for your return, within 7 days of delivery. We’ll reply within 24 hours with the return address and instructions. You then ship the item back to us.

Return shipping cost

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not provide a prepaid return label — you arrange and pay for the return shipment. We recommend using a trackable shipping method so the package can be confirmed as received.

Condition of returned items

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Refund timeline

Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with a photo within 7 days of delivery. In that case we’ll cover the return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
